You can cancel any time. You keep every feature until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
1. Open Subscription
In your Shopify admin, click Sternify under Apps, then click Subscription. If you don’t see it, click View more at the end of the list.
2. Click Cancel subscription
It’s at the top of the page, next to your plan.
3. Confirm
The window shows your plan and the last day you keep it. Click Cancel subscription to confirm.
4. Done
The card now says Canceled, and Access until shows the last day of your plan. Until then, everything keeps working as before.
Changed your mind?
Click Resume subscription before that day. You keep your plan without a break, and you won’t be charged before that day.
Good to know
On your last day, your plan ends and Sternify’s paid features stop on your storefront.
Nothing is refunded for the time you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
During a free trial, cancelling means you’re never charged. You can keep using Sternify until the trial ends.
