Cancel in Sternify → Subscription. You keep everything until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your plan ends. Nothing is refunded, and you won’t be charged again.
Cancel your subscription
Open Subscription, choose Cancel subscription, and confirm.
The card at the top now says Canceled, and Access until shows the last day of your plan.
Until that day, Sternify keeps working and you can still edit your offers. Changed your mind? Choose Resume subscription before then. You won’t be charged before that day.
On that day your plan ends, and Sternify’s paid features stop on your storefront.
Remove the app
Turn off each offer you no longer want with its switch, for example in Bundles. Turn off the cart drawer too if you use it, and export any reviews you want to keep.
Open Shopify Settings → Apps, select Sternify, and uninstall it. See Shopify’s steps.
The switch beside the bundle name controls whether the offer is active.
Uninstalling removes Sternify from your store straight away and stops future charges. The current period isn’t refunded, so if you want to use the time you’ve paid for, uninstall after your access ends.
Reinstalling
Reinstall Sternify from the Shopify App Store and open Subscription to see your plan or choose one. Each store gets one free trial, so reinstalling doesn’t start a new one.
