Enable the Sternify app embed

Turn on Sternify for the theme you are using and check the saved storefront result.

Turn on the Sternify app embed in the theme you are using. This enables shared Sternify functionality and is separate from adding content to a page.

Enable Sternify and save

  1. Open Shopify → Online Store → Themes and click Edit theme on the intended theme. Some screens call this Customize.

  2. Open App embeds in the editor.

  3. Turn on Sternify and click Save.

Sternify enabled in Shopify’s App embeds panel.

In App embeds, search for Sternify and turn on its switch. Save the theme after making changes.

You’re done when: the toggle remains enabled after saving. Check the affected page in the same theme.

Check the page setup

The embed does not choose where content appears. An installed section still needs to be added to a template, and an app block needs a supported position. A generated product page also needs product assignment.

If you are preparing another theme, check the embed in that theme too. The name at the top of the editor tells you which copy you are editing.

Sternify is missing from App embeds

Open Sternify’s Subscription page and confirm access is active. Then reopen the intended theme’s editor. If the embed is still missing, send support your theme name and a screenshot of the App embeds panel.

The toggle is on, but content is blank

Use the visibility checklist to check placement, saved theme, and product assignment. Repeatedly switching the embed off and on will not assign a product template.
