Trial Stints are a perfect opportunity for you to see a Stinter’s personality and work ethic in action, and for them to learn about your business and the role.

Here’s what to keep an eye out for:

Task aptitude

Did the Stinter complete all the tasks to an acceptable standard and efficiently? Remember the Stinter will be new to your business, so it's important to consider their learning curve. Be patient and welcoming, and remember they may need some time to adjust.

Work ethic

Did the Stinter have a positive attitude and take initiative when necessary? Were they adequately prepared and able to adjust to new tasks and situations quickly?

Communication & teamwork

Did the Stinter work well with customers and your core team? Did they ask questions when needed? Do they seem like a good fit with your core team and company culture?

Behaviour

Did the Stinter follow your instructions and any other site guidelines?

Presentation

Was the Stinter wearing the correct uniform?
