Do Trial Stinters see my feedback?
Updated over a week ago

Yes, Stinters will see your feedback after their Trial Stints are completed and you have clicked “Pass” or “Fail”.

This includes the checkbox options you select and any written comments you provide in the text boxes.

Make your feedback valuable

Your feedback is crucial for Stinters to learn and grow. Here are some tips for providing constructive feedback to help them improve:

  • Be specific: Focus on specific examples rather than vague statements. For instance, instead of saying "communication needs improvement," mention a specific instance where clearer communication would have been beneficial.

  • Actionable advice: Don't just point out problems; offer suggestions for improvement. For example, if time management was an issue, suggest ways the Stinter could better manage their time on future Stints.

  • Positive and professional: Maintain a professional and encouraging tone while offering constructive criticism. Focus on helping them develop their skills for future success.

Remember: Trial Stinters are new to your team and operations. Your feedback can make a big difference in their development and help them shine in future Stint Teams.
