This article shows how to add and charge Products in one‑time invoices and subscriptions in Stora. Use Products to sell add‑ons like padlocks, admin fees, or packing materials.
How to add Products to invoices
Create a new invoice.
In the line item search, start typing and select your Product.
Click Add item to add it to the invoice.
Repeat to add more Products.
💡 You can still add custom line items by selecting + Add new line item if the product isn’t in your catalogue.
How to charge for Products in subscriptions
New subscriptions
Open Create a subscription.
In Extra products & services, add a recurring Product.
💡 You can only add one Product during subscription creation. Add additional Products and quantities after the subscription is created.
Existing subscriptions
Open the subscription.
In Pricing, click Add Products.
Select a recurring Product, choose a price or set your own, and set the Quantity.
Choose when to charge the products: Immediately, On next renewal, or Backdate.
Click Preview invoice, then Save changes.
💡 Future invoices will include added Products on the subscription’s terms.
