Easily automate manual tasks with the Stora Zapier app

Use the Stora Zapier app to automate tasks when something happens in Stora. You can connect Stora to tools like Slack, HubSpot, Google Sheets and many more.

How to connect Stora to Zapier

Step 1: Create a Zap

In Zapier:

  3. Choose the trigger event you want, for example Booking Created or Invoice Paid.

Step 2: Connect your Stora account

  1. Click Sign in to Stora in the Zap setup.

  2. Accept the Stora and Zapier connection when prompted.

  3. Wait for Zapier to confirm that your Stora account is connected.

Once connected, Zapier can retrieve data from your Stora account for the selected trigger.

Step 3: Test the trigger

Zapier will ask you to test the trigger.

This pulls in a recent example record from Stora so you can see which data fields are available in the Zap.

For example, you might see:

  • booking details

  • customer information

  • unit information

  • payment data

Step 4: Build your automation

Once the trigger is working:

  1. Add one or more actions in Zapier

  2. Connect the other tools you want to automate, such as Slack, HubSpot or Google Sheets.

  3. Map the Stora data fields into the action fields, for example customer name, email address or booking reference.

When everything is configured, turn the Zap on.
