Online Booking: Fast to set up, simple to manage

We’ve made setting up online booking effortless! A new guided setup flow lets you preview the applicant experience, from the booking interface to auto-responder emails. Flexible controls allow you to fine-tune your settings at any time — helping you capture more opportunities, while staying in complete control.

Book appointments straight from the branch calendar

No more jumping between screens! Now, you can book viewings, valuations, and other appointments directly from the branch calendar. Search properties, check availability, and add applicants in seconds, with details auto-filled for a faster, smoother workflow.

Reconcile multiple payments in one

Managing multiple transactions just got easier! You can now merge multiple bank transactions into a single entry, simplifying reconciliation and reducing admin time.

Pin quick notes to pages with Canvas

Jot down quick details and pin notes right where you need them — at the top of any property, contact, or appointment page. Customise with colours and formatting, drag and drop, and track every change with built-in revision history. Stay organised and keep key information in sight at all times.
