Landlord Maintenance Management via Desktop

Within their Street desktop account, landlords have access to the maintenance section.

Here landlords can view any ongoing and completed maintenance jobs related to a property and can view and approve contractor quotes.

By clicking into a specific job, the landlord can track the progress of the job and see the details including the description, any photos/videos and any contractor quotes (whether these are waiting on a quote, have a quote to be instructed or have already been instructed).

Note - Maintenance requests from tenants will not show in the landlord's account, until you chose to create a job from that request.

Landlord approving a quote

For any ongoing jobs where quotes have been added for approval, landlords can also approve the quote via their account directly.

When a landlord approves a quote, you will receive a notification in Street.

The landlords will also receive an automated notification confirming the contractor instruction. This notification is called 'Quote Instructed Owner' which can be toggled on/off and the content of the notification can also be edited.

The instructed contractor will also receive the automated notification called 'Quote Instructed Contractor' which can also be be toggled on/off and the content of the notification can also be edited.

For more information on managing this notification, see this help article. If you want to manage this for a specific property, see this help article.
