Maintenance Jobs in Street
Clicking on the Maintenance tab on the left side panel will load a table showing a list of active maintenance jobs and requests.
Jobs tab
The jobs tab shows all currently ongoing maintenance jobs allowing you to monitor and keep track of their progress. Here you can filter the table, search for a specific job, click into an individual job to open that job's details or export the list by clicking the Export to CSV button at the top right (if you cannot see this button, see this help article for how to enable the permission).
By default this table will not show closed jobs however you can click the 'show closed' toggle to show these:
Requests tab
The requests tab shows maintenance issues that have been reported by any tenants. When a tenant submits a maintenance issue via their tenant app, you will receive a branch notification in the notification centre:
In addition, you will receive an email to your branch email address that will also show in the property activity stream:
Any requests in here are not counted as maintenance jobs yet as they need to be reviewed by your agency first and will show a status of Pending:
Your Task Management page will also show any maintenance requests so you can easily keep track:

Managing your Maintenance Jobs
You can access any active maintenance job page from the Maintenance tab. Alternatively you can go to a property page and click Info > Maintenance Jobs to view that property's jobs:
On a specific maintenance job page you can click Actions to cancel the job or click Edit Details to update any details or add any additional photos or videos to the file:
Maintenance related Notifications
It's important to note that there are several automated notifications that are sent at various stages of a maintenance job, including a job being created, a quote being requested, created and instructed as well as a job being completed.
These notifications can be toggled on/off and the content can also be edited. For more details on toggling these notifications see this help article.
Typical maintenance workflow in Street
Create a maintenance job - Jobs can either be created in Street by your agency or reported by a tenant via their tenant app. If a tenant reports a maintenance issue, it will go into Street as a request for your agency to review. For more information on this step, see our Creating a Maintenance Job help article.
Add a contractor and request a quote - Next you need to add a contractor (or multiple contractors) to the job in order to request a quote. For more information on this step, see our Adding a Contractor and Requesting a Quote help article.
Add a quote - When you have received a quote back from a contractor, you can add this quote into Street. For more information on this step, see our Adding a Quote help article.
Approve / instruct a quote - Once a quote has been added the landlord can approve the quote via their landlord app or your agency can instruct on the landlord's behalf via Street. For more information on this step, see our Approving/Instructing a Quote help article.
Mark a job as complete - When you've received confirmation that the job has been completed, you can mark it as complete in Street. For more information on this step, see our Marking a Job as Complete help article.
Add an invoice - Once the job is complete you can add the contractor's invoice. For more information on this step, see our Adding an Invoice help article.
Mark an invoice as paid - Finally, you can mark the invoice as paid in Street. This step will vary slightly depending on whether you managing Accounting in Street. For more information on this step, see our Marking an Invoice as Paid help article.
