Valuation to Instruction

The Street consumer app gives clients a self-service experience throughout the valuation process. Here's what they see at each stage, from booking their appointment through to instructing you.

Managing the Valuation Appointment

Before the visit, your client can view the details of the appointment, including the valuers name, and add the appointment to their calendar.

Note - Clients are not able to rearrange or cancel a valuation appointment from within their app, however they can do this

The Valuation Report

When you send the valuation report, your client will receive the email notification 'Valuation Send' (if this is enabled in your Notification Preferences). From their app they can view the report by heading to the 'Your Home' tab and clicking on the 'Valuation Report' section.

Note - Clients don't have to log in to view their report, they can access it directly via the link in their email without signing in to the app if they prefer.

The valuation report will include all of the information you added when creating the report in Street, including your introduction message, URL's, videos as well as the recommended listing price and fees.

Proceeding with an Instruction

If your client is happy with the valuation and wants to instruct you, they can do so directly from the valuation report by clicking the 'Lets go Ahead' button at the bottom of the report.

Note - If it's a lettings valuation, they'll be asked to choose a management package first, based on the service levels you selected when creating the valuation report.

Once confirmed, you'll be notified in Street via a branch notification and can begin the property onboarding workflow.

Your client will also see a summary of what to expect next as they begin their property onboarding journey with your agency, typically starting with the Property Information Questionnaire (if you have this feature enabled).
