Branches

To get started, head to Settings (on the left side panel, at the bottom) > Company Settings > Branches.

Note - You will need to be a Company Admin to access the branches settings.

Here you will see a summary of all branches in the network, the correspondence address, number of staff and any active portals against that branch.

Clicking into the branch will take you to the Branch General Settings page for that branch, where a more detailed view of contact information and settings can be seen.

Creating a new branch within Street

Note - To create a new branch you will need to be a Company Admin and have a role with the permission 'Allow this user to create branches' enabled.

For more information, see our Roles and Permissions help article.

If you're looking to add a new Branch to your Network, you can do this via the '+ New Branch Button'.

When creating a branch you will need to add the key details for that branch including the branch name, address, email, web domain, telephone, brand and branch disclaimer.

Note - The default brand option will give you the list of brands set up in your company settings to choose from. If your new branch will have different branding, you should create a new brand first.

You can also setup the general preferences around calendar times, enforce two factor authentication, setup communication preferences such as property matching, auto responder, what details show on sales memos and, if you manage lettings, if let only tenancies should generate renewals.

Portal subscriptions

Creating a new branch in Street will not automatically sync it to the portals. This is something that Street needs to set up for you so please contact us via Live Chat or speak to your Customer Success Manager to set this up.

In the meantime you can click Submit and your new branch will be saved into Street, ready to add users and properties into.

Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
