1. In the subtitle editing view, click [Settings] on the left, then turn off [Show watermark].
2. Videos you exported previously will still keep the watermark. Once you have confirmed the watermark is turned off in the settings, export the video again to get a new copy without the watermark.
Normally, once your subscription goes through, it takes effect immediately and also unlocks the extra features included in your subscription.
However, if you still cannot turn off the watermark or download subtitles after subscribing, the system may still be processing your subscription. If this happens, please wait 3 - 5 minutes and refresh the page — you will then be able to use the extra features, including subtitle downloads.
