Good news: on a paid plan there's nothing to switch on — new video exports have no watermark by default.
Why you're still seeing one
The watermark is baked into the video file at the moment it's rendered. Any video you exported before subscribing (or before changing the watermark setting) keeps its watermark permanently — re-downloading that same file won't remove it. You need to render a fresh copy.
Get a watermark-free copy
1. Open your project and click [Export] at the top right, then choose [Video].
2. The dialog shows your most recent export. That file was made with your old settings — click [+ New render] to start a fresh one.
3. When it shows Ready, click [Download].
Tip: each export in the dialog has a small label showing its watermark status — “Default” or “Custom” means a watermark is baked into that file, “No watermark” means it's clean.
Still watermarked after subscribing?
If your subscription only just went through, the system may still be processing it. Wait 3–5 minutes, refresh the page, then run [+ New render] again. If a fresh export still carries the watermark after that, message us and we'll sort it out.
Paid plans can also add their own logo instead: in the export dialog, choose [Add watermark] and upload your logo.
