Once you've finished proofreading your subtitles, you can download the video file with the subtitles embedded directly from the Subanana subtitle editor:
1. Finish proofreading your subtitles in the editor. (Want to restyle them? Switch to [Design mode] first.)
2. Click [Export] at the top right, then choose [Video].
3. In the export dialog, choose your options:
- the subtitle language — if you've added a translation track, you can also choose bilingual subtitles
- [Resolution]
- [Brand Watermark] (paid plans): exports have no watermark by default — optionally add the Subanana logo or your own
4. Click [Export video] to start rendering. This takes a little while — you can leave anytime and come back via [Export] → [Video] to check progress.
5. When it shows Ready, click [Download].
Please note:
- Free plan: up to 720p, with watermark, first 5 minutes of the video. Paid plans: up to 4K, no watermark, full length.
- Output resolution may be limited by the source video.
- The dialog remembers your last finished export. Its settings (including watermark) are baked into that file — to apply new settings or a new plan, click [+ New render]; re-downloading the old file won't change it.
