July 15th 2025 Releases

Updated yesterday

This month's update brings real workflow wins, smarter task handling in Sales Velocity, better operations in Project Management, and cleaner controls on the Admin side. Everything you need to keep business moving smoothly!

Here’s a look at the latest updates:

Assign finance types to any document template to ensure only the relevant docs appear based on the proposal’s financing method.

For “File” job stage inputs, admins can now set visibility as public or private directly from the database.

Remove the “Others” option from adders with a new toggle so reps can only choose from predefined values.

Admins can now post announcements on the home page. Just request the Account Manager to enable the feature, then configure visibility, and keep your team informed.

When a service provider uploads an attachment tagged with this predefined service value, the system will automatically update this input field based on that upload. This automation reduces manual data entry and ensures consistent information capture.

Perfect Packet now supports MP3 and video uploads (up to 30MB), giving you more flexibility with project documentation.

Designers can now view a dedicated “Shading Information” section across all design request types, including Aurora, AI, and Scanifly.

Sales reps can now mark exact house locations on the map during design requests. Designers can access these using the "House Address Pin Image" button.

You can now schedule service or maintenance work once a project is complete. Set service types from the database, and both assignee and customer are notified by email.

Files uploaded in project chat are now automatically added to the attachments section, keeping everything organized.

You can now rename files uploaded in job stages directly from the project view, no need to reupload.

While a change order is pending, stages can’t be modified, only fields can be updated. A banner will notify users. To move stages, the change order must be canceled first.

HVAC items can now be assigned to multiple categories (e.g., “Good”, “Better”, and "Best"). In proposals, they’ll appear in all assigned dropdowns until one is selected, after which they’ll be removed from the others.
