Small tweaks. Big impact. This round of updates is all about giving your teams more clarity and control, whether that’s organizing project data better, customizing maintenance workflows, or expanding proposal options. These improvements are designed to quietly remove friction from your day-to-day so teams can work faster, stay accurate, and scale confidently.

To improve clarity in project views, customer contact details are now separated from internal assignments like Owner and Sales Rep. You'll now see two distinct sub-sections: Contact Details and Owner & Team Info, making it easier to quickly locate the right information without digging through a single block of data.

Admins can now manage the visibility of the Lightreach Domestic Content toggle in proposals from organisation settings. This toggle can be turned on or off by default. Once enabled, it appears within the proposal builder, helping teams stay aligned with compliance and visibility settings for Lightreach projects.

You can now upload and store HOA-related documents directly within the project attachments. A dedicated “HOA” tab ensures these attachments stay visible and accessible whenever you need to reference them.

The finance selection dropdown has been expanded for adding panels, inverters and batteries. Alongside third-party finance partners, "Cash" is now available as an option, giving users full visibility into all payment methods during proposal creation.

New pricing controls have been added to the adder setup. Admins can now lock the unit price of adders in solar, HVAC, and roofing. Once the “Lock Price” checkbox is enabled in the database, the value becomes non-editable in proposals, helping enforce price integrity across all teams.

Admins can now create custom fields and page layouts for this project service maintenance, helping tailor service records to your operational needs. While the default layout remains fixed for now, these custom layouts allow you to collect the data that matters most for your team and clients.

By default, proposals will now display the post-utility cost on the battery card. Admins can manage this setting as needed.

For solar and battery job types, sales reps can now add an additional battery to proposals (if enabled by the organization admin).

In Kanban view, overdue days will only count working days. Weekends (Sat–Sun) and holidays are automatically excluded.

Admins can now choose whether to show announcements to a specific sales organization or make them visible across the entire org.

We’ve introduced a new Water Filter job type. Superadmins can add water filter adders and add-ons in the database. On the org side, pricing rules apply (must be above red line price). Proposals will allow users to add and customize water filter options like any other job type.

Organizations can now create custom job types for manual projects. Once created, they cannot be edited or deleted. Custom job types can be added via the database and selected from dropdowns when creating manual projects.
