June 3rd 2025 Releases

Updated over a week ago

This month, SubcontractorHub introduces several new features and improvements designed to enhance workflow efficiency, improve financial integrations, and streamline proposal management. Here’s a look at the latest updates:

Battery-only job proposals now include a dedicated battery algorithm section, providing calculations similar to those used for solar proposals. This addition helps ensure accurate sizing and cost estimates specifically tailored to battery installations.

You can now request or add HVAC materials directly from the database. This streamlines the process of adding HVAC components to proposals.

When a sales rep creates a change order proposal and updates the design, those changes will no longer sync with the original parent proposal. This separation keeps the parent and change order designs independent, preventing unintentional overwrites and preserving historical project data.

Tasks assigned to each project stage are now visible only when that specific stage is triggered during the project lifecycle. This update helps teams focus on current priorities and avoid clutter from unrelated tasks.

For organizations using marketplace webhooks, new triggers have been added for three critical events: offer acceptance, work order signing, and project updates. These triggers allow automated workflows and notifications to respond instantly to changes in marketplace activity.

Sales reps using LightReach for HVAC financing are now required to upload stipulation documents after customer qualification. This process ensures that all financing documents are in place and ready for review. It streamlines the approval workflow for HVAC projects.

You can now assign custom dealer fees on a state-wise basis for Concert Finance and Sungage. This update ensures accurate fee structuring according to regional regulations and business models. Admins can set these directly from the database, offering more control and pricing flexibility.

We’ve added the ability to upload install packages directly within HVAC projects. You can access the Install Package form under the Funding Requirements section. This keeps all installation details centralized and accessible, simplifying the submission and review process.

A new SEER calculator is now embedded in HVAC proposals to help compare HVAC units more effectively. Use preset values or enter specific HVAC data like tonnage for accurate comparisons. Access this tool through the HVAC detail card or the public proposal for a streamlined, educational experience.

Creating custom commission formulas is now easier than ever. Use the new manual formula entry interface to add, edit, or delete formulas with improved usability. You can type “@” to select variables from a dropdown, giving you greater flexibility and control over commission structures.

To ensure proper documentation, Enfin Lease proposals must now include a utility bill before being marked as Closed Won (CWDS). Sales reps will see an error message if they attempt to move the proposal forward without uploading the utility bill to the Attachments tab.

We’ve streamlined proposal pricing by including State Tax Credits directly in the Balance value of the pricing summary. These credits, when set up in your database, are calculated automatically and shown separately on the public proposal for transparency.

A new Sungage Users section is now available under the Integrated Users tab in the Manage Integrations menu. To enable Sungage financing, Sungage users must be mapped.
