Our latest feature release brings new updates across Admin, Sales Velocity, Finance, and Project Management. These improvements are designed to make daily work easier, reduce manual effort, and give teams better control over important workflows.
Admin: More Flexibility for Everyday Operations
Admin updates are focused on making workflows more flexible and easier to manage.
Teams can now use a new webhook action trigger inside automations. Based on the automation workflow, sample data can be used from four available webhook trigger types: customer, lead, project, and proposal. This makes it easier to set up and test webhook-based workflows with the right data.
For non-admin users, a new permission called Edit Team Tasks is available. This gives organizations better control over who can edit team tasks while keeping admin-level access protected.
Roofing material pricing also gets more flexibility. Colours option has been added under bulk edit settings, allowing users to bulk edit materials in the colour column under pricing.
Automations now support an Add Tags option under the Create Task action. This option pulls relevant information from projects and proposals, helping teams create more useful and context-rich tasks.
SubHub Sign templates now provide better document control. When documents are added to a contract, users can choose which documents should sync into the envelope. This helps teams send only the required documents for signing.
Under project settings, organizations can now set a default Kanban job type. Once selected, that job type will appear by default whenever the Kanban interface is opened.
Appointments also now support tags in the description section. This makes appointment details easier to organize, search, and understand.
Sales Velocity: Better Accuracy Across Customer and Finance Workflows
Sales Velocity updates help teams improve accuracy during proposal and finance workflows.
If there is a mismatch between the monthly and annual bill in the consumption profile, a popup will now appear. The message will inform users that the monthly data will be recalculated. This helps prevent confusion and keeps the consumption profile more accurate.
Project Management: Clearer Details Across Project Workflows
Project Management updates help teams track service order details more clearly. In service order details, when Load Calculation is selected, the order details will now show a field called Load Calculation Is Included. This field gives teams a clear indication that load calculation is part of the service order.
The same detail will also be available in project service requests, queue details, and job details inside the service provider.
