Getting your customers qualified for financing quickly is essential to keeping deals moving. Following these steps ensures a smooth qualification process with fewer delays and surprised customers.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
The Sungage financing card will be generated with details of the financing option. Click “Finalize”.
Step 2
The quote is finalized, and your customer is ready to qualify for Sungage’s financing. Click “Apply” to qualify your customer. Note:Clicking “Send Application To Homeowner” sends the public proposal URL to your customer via email. They can open the link from the email and qualify themselves.
Step 3
Choose if the customer will apply for financingin personor receive anemailwith the qualification form. Click “Send”.
Step 4
If choosing in-person qualification, you will receive a pop-up asking to eithercopy the URLoropen it in the next tab. Note:All application steps should be completed by the homeowner. Once the application is submitted, you can sync the application status in SubcontractorHub to view the credit qualification.
Step 5
Application results will be processed automatically in a few minutes. Your customer will also receive an email with their result.
Step 6
Return to the proposal and click “Sync Quotes”.
Step 7
Click “Yes”.
Step 8
When a homeowner qualifies, the “Qualify” icon will transition to blue and read "Qualified".Approved Credit ApplicationWhen a homeowner qualifies, the “Qualify” icon will transition to blue and read "Qualified". You can continue with signing finance documents and completing the proposal.Approved with StipulationsIf the customer’s credit application is approved with stipulations, you can still continue with signing finance documents and completing the proposal. The “Qualify” button will transition to blue and read “Approved with stipulations”.Declined Credit ApplicationIf the customer’s credit application is denied, the finance card will read “Declined” as showcased in the image below. You can opt to create a new proposal if the customer would like to reapply with different credit details.
