Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

This guide walks you through the process of adding HVACs to your organization's SubcontractorHub database.

Step 2

You’ll learn how to select existing HVACs, request new ones for approval, and manage your database efficiently to ensure all relevant systems are available for use in your proposals.

Step 3

Step 1:Log in to your organization.

Step 4

From the main menu, click “Manage Database” and navigate to “Database”.

Step 5

Step 2:Choose “HVAC” and select “HVACS” from the drop down menu.

Step 6

Step 4:Select your “HVACS” from the drop down list and click “Add”.

Step 7

Step 6:You can also request a new HVAC to list by clicking “Request HVAC” at top of your screen.

Step 8

Step 7:Add the details of your new HVAC and click “Create Request”.

Step 9

Note:Your HVAC request will be approved by the Account Manager.
