Admins can assign HVAC systems to multiple categories, such as Good, Better, and Best.

When creating a proposal, an HVAC can only be added to one category at a time.

However, if multi-category visibility is enabled, the same HVAC will appear in multiple dropdowns (e.

For example, if an HVAC is assigned to both Good and Better, it will appear in both dropdowns initially.

Once it’s selected under Good, it will no longer be available in the Better dropdown.
