Why This Matters

Setting the right permissions keeps sensitive information secure while making sure your team can access exactly what they need to do their jobs.

Water filter equipment selection in proposals can be controlled through user profile permissions. When this permission is enabled, users with that profile can select water filters in Water Filter job type proposals. If disabled, users can still adjust adders and financing, but they cannot select a water filter. Follow the steps below to enable this permission.

Admin access to SubcontractorHub
A web browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Click "Users & Roles" from the main menu, then select "User Profiles."

Step 2

Select a specific user profile from the list and click the "Edit" button.

Step 3

Click "Customers."

Step 4

Toggle on the "Add/Delete Water Filter" setting. Note: Once enabled, the selected user profile will have access to select water filters in Water Filter job type proposals.
