Users can work with margin values in water filter proposals once the setting is enabled by the admin. Keeping margin details within the proposal view allows for easier review and updates alongside other financial inputs. Follow the steps below to view and edit the margin in the proposal.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Go to "Customers" from the main menu.

Step 2

Select the preferred customer from the list.

Step 3

Click "View Detail".

Step 4

Go to the "Financing" section.

Step 5

Scroll down to find "Financing" and click the "Edit" icon to update the proposal margin.

Step 6

Once the dialogue box opens, select the margin type (flat or percentage) and enter the margin amount. Click "Save" to finish.

Step 7

The margin will show up once saved. It will apply to the entire amount of the proposal subtotal.
