You may be experiencing difficulties logging in to the Supertripper platform for several reasons:
1️⃣ The password used is incorrect
Check in particular:
that you are using the password you set during your first login
that there are no typos in it
☝️ Please note: this situation only applies to companies that do not have an SSO system. In this case, during your first login, you set a password containing at least 8 characters and including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol.
📌 If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by following the steps in this article.
Conversely, if your company uses an SSO system, you do not need a password. Log in via your company's portal or directly from the Supertripper platform.
2️⃣ The email address entered is incorrect
The email address you use must be associated with a Supertripper account.
Check in particular:
that you are using the email address linked to your Supertripper account
that there are no typos in it
3️⃣ You do not have access to the platform
An account may have been created in your name, but your profile does not have the necessary permissions to log in.
4️⃣ Your account has been deactivated
Your company has deactivated your account (after a departure or a change of department, for example).
5️⃣ You do not have an account yet
If your company uses the Supertripper platform, but you have never received an email to activate your account, this means that no account has been created for you yet.

access to the platform
the reactivation of your account
the creation of an account
