As an administrator, you can set up an exception for train and flight booking conditions based on "travel duration" directly in the travel policies you create.
๐ The "travel duration" exception is used to improve traveler comfort by modifying the booking conditions of a travel policy when a journey time exceeds a defined duration.
๐ง๐ฝโ๐ป On your desktop computer:
Click on your profile picture
Click on the "Travel policy" tab
Click on the "+ Add" button
Give a name to the travel policy
Choose the mode of transport to which this exception applies (Flight or Train) in the side menu
Scroll down the window
In the "Exceptions - Travel duration" section, click on the "+ Add an exception" button
Set a travel time from which the exception can apply by clicking on the dropdown menus for "Hours" and "Minutes"
Choose the authorized class (economy, business, etc.)
Specify the "Variation of the maximum authorized price per journey", either as a percentage or in euros
Click on the "Save policy" button

๐ง Good to know: you can also add an exception to the maximum authorized budgets based on "seasonality" in the travel policies you set up.

๐ Caution: don't forget to then assign the newly created travel policy to the concerned travelers. If you don't assign a travel policy to a user, they will automatically be attached to the default travel policy.
