Here is how to send your inventory to the swftbox warehouse, from filling out the stock-in sheet to dropping off or scheduling a pickup.

Step 1: Fill In Your Stock Details

Start by downloading the stock-in sheet and completing the Stock Details section:

  • Forklift Requirement: Only if your goods arrive on pallets.

  • Labeling Requirement: If you need us to apply barcodes (AED 1/item).

  • Important: All items must have a scannable barcode for smooth check-in.

  • Bundled Sets: Pack pieces together as a set and ensure barcodes are affixed and scannable.

Step 2: Add Accurate Product Information

Fill out the remaining fields for each item:

  • Item Name - Must match your website listing exactly.

  • SKU # - Unique, case-sensitive identifier matching your online store.

  • Quantity - Total units per SKU.

  • Storage Type - Required storage condition (e.g., ambient, cooled).

  • Barcode - Mandatory. We offer labeling support if missing.

  • Description - Short product description.

  • Category - Product type (e.g., skincare, electronics).

  • Size - Item dimensions to calculate warehouse space (CBM).

  • Expiry Date - If applicable.

Completing this accurately speeds up processing.

Step 3: Submit Your Stock-In Sheet via ControlRoom

  1. Go to the chatbox on swftbox ControlRoom.

  2. Click "Stock In Request" and upload your completed sheet.

  3. Your submission will automatically create a ticket you can track.

  4. You will receive email updates as your request moves through the process.

Step 4: Send or Drop Off Your Inventory

  • Warehouse Drop-Offs: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM. View on Google Maps.

  • Sending via Delivery: Make sure boxes are labeled clearly with your company name.

  • Need a Pickup? (Dubai Only): Place a return order through ControlRoom with "Stock Pickup" in the reference field.

Good to Know

  • All items must have a scannable barcode before check-in.

  • Labeling support is available at AED 1 per item.

  • Allow 3-5 business days for stock-in processing before inventory is available for fulfillment.
