Bundles let you group multiple individual products (SKUs) into a single sellable unit. When a customer orders a bundle, the warehouse team picks all the included items together as one package. This is ideal for gift sets, starter kits, or any product that combines multiple items.
How to create a bundle
Download the stock-in sheet from your Control Room or request it from support.
Navigate to the "Bundles Template" tab in the spreadsheet.
Fill in the bundle details:
Bundle name — The name of the combined product as it appears on your store.
Bundle SKU — A unique identifier for the bundle (different from the individual item SKUs).
Component SKUs — The individual items included in the bundle and their quantities.
Barcode — A barcode for the bundle if applicable.
Submit the completed sheet via the chat widget in your Control Room.
What happens after submission
The warehouse team sets up the bundle in the system.
When a bundle order comes in, the individual components are automatically picked from your inventory.
Your available stock for each component SKU decreases accordingly.
Good to know
Make sure all component items are in stock at the warehouse before creating the bundle.
Barcodes must be affixed and scannable on bundled sets.
If you need to change a bundle's contents, contact support — you cannot edit bundles directly from Control Room.
Bundle inventory is calculated based on the available stock of the lowest-quantity component.
