Control Room lets you generate and download detailed reports for record-keeping, reconciliation, and performance tracking.
How to generate a report
Log in to your Control Room at controlroom.swftbox.com.
Click Reports in the left sidebar.
Select the report type (see below).
Choose your date range.
Click Download to export as CSV.
Available report types
Orders report
A comprehensive export of all orders within your selected dates. Includes order reference, customer details, delivery status, timestamps, payment method, and delivery fees. Use this for monthly reconciliation or performance reviews.
Order Items report
A detailed item-level breakdown showing what was in each order. Useful for fulfillment customers who need to reconcile inventory movements against orders shipped.
Flagged Orders report
All orders that were flagged during delivery, including the flag reason, resolution, and current status. Helps identify recurring issues like bad addresses or customer refusals.
Inventory report
Current warehouse stock levels including on-hand quantities, available stock, and any items in inspection or damaged status. Available for fulfillment customers only.
Tips
Export weekly reports to track delivery success rate trends.
Use the Flagged Orders report to identify patterns — if the same customers or addresses cause issues repeatedly, you can fix them proactively.
Compare the Order Items report against your inventory to catch any discrepancies early.
