swftbox billing is based on your selected plan, with a minimum monthly charge plus applicable per-order fees for delivery, fulfillment, and storage. If monthly usage does not reach the minimum, the remaining amount up to the minimum will still be billed.

Same-Day Delivery Plan

Delivery fees

Same-day / Next-day: AED 15 per order
Express (2-4 hour): AED 35 per order
Remote areas: AED 30 per order
B2B scheduled: AED 45 (includes 2 packages)
Exchange orders: 1.5x standard delivery fee

Add-ons (OTP, Signature, Emirates ID, Chilled) are AED 5 each.
Oversized handling is AED 30.

COD settlement

Cash on delivery (COD) collections carry a 2.9% processing fee. swftbox collects payments from your customers and settles the balance to you after deducting delivery fees and the COD commission.

Invoices

Invoices are generated on the 1st or 2nd of every month.
Each invoice details: deliveries completed, payments collected on your behalf, swftbox service fees, and the net balance.
You receive the invoice via email from our finance team.
