Your swftbox subscription is billed automatically to the credit card on file. You can update your card at any time through the payment management portal.
How to update your card
Log in to your Control Room at controlroom.swftbox.com.
Click Settings (bottom-left corner).
On the Overview page, click Manage Payment Method.
Enter the email address linked to your swftbox account.
You will be redirected to the Stripe payment portal.
Update your credit card details and save.
What your card is used for
Monthly subscription — Your plan (Business AED 300/month or Pro AED 750/month) is charged automatically.
Invoice payments — If applicable, outstanding delivery fees may be charged to your card.
Good to know
swftbox uses Stripe for secure payment processing — your card details are never stored on our servers.
If your card expires or a charge fails, you will receive a notification to update your payment method.
