What to expect with my first order?

Congratulations! You have your first order. Let's walk you through the package journey.

Step 1: Requesting an order

If your online shop is not integrated yet, create a new order from the dashboard directly. Timelines will appear here:

Understanding Delivery Timings

  • SLA: The expected delivery time, typically the next day.

  • Delivery Type: Determined based on the agreement.

  • Same Day: The package is delivered on the same day it is picked up.

  • Next Day: The package is delivered the following day after pickup.

  • Bullet (4h): The package is delivered immediately after pickup.

Step 2: Package Pickup

A swftbox team member will arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. Ensure the package is properly secured and ready for collection. If no one is available at the pickup location, please leave the package by the door.

Once assigned, a driver is designated to pick up the parcel, marking the beginning of the delivery process.

Step 3: Transfer to Warehouse

In most cases, the package is sent to our central warehouse in Al Quoz, Dubai, where it is stored securely. The dispatch team will then assign the package to a driver responsible for final delivery.

At this stage, the shipment status is updated to β€œat depot,” indicating that the parcel has been successfully received at the warehouse and is awaiting further processing.

Step 4: Delivery in Transit

Once assigned, the package begins its journey to the recipient. At this stage, your customer will receive WhatsApp notifications to track the delivery status.

From the warehouse, the parcel is re-assigned to a driver for the next delivery run, ensuring it is prepared and scheduled for delivery to the recipient.

Step 5: Final Delivery to the Customer

Upon arrival, the package will be handed over to the recipient. Alternatively, if requested, the package may be left at the door for convenience.
