Chilled Deliveries: This add-on is ideal for temperature-sensitive items such as food, beverages, or medical supplies.
Proof of ID: For packages requiring extra verification, swftbox offers an ID verification service where the driver confirms the recipient's identity by capturing a photo of their Emirates ID at the time of delivery.
OTP (One-Time Password): This security-focused add-on ensures that deliveries of valuable or sensitive items are completed only after the recipient verifies their identity using a unique One-Time Password (OTP).
Oversized Packages: For packages exceeding swftbox's standard size and weight limits of 20x20x20 cm or 7 kg, this add-on ensures appropriate arrangements are made for transport.
