How can I edit my pickup location?

Update your pickup address so swftbox drivers collect packages from the right location.

Your pickup location is where swftbox drivers come to collect your packages. If you move offices, open a new warehouse, or need to change the address for any reason, you can update it directly from your Control Room.

How to edit your pickup location

  1. Log in to your Control Room at controlroom.swftbox.com.

  2. Click the Settings icon (bottom-left corner).

  3. Click Locations.

  4. Click Edit on the right side of the location you want to change.

  5. Update the address details.

  6. Adjust the map pin to the exact location for best accuracy.

  7. Click Save.

Tips for accurate pickup

  • Be specific with the written address β€” include building name, floor, unit number, and any landmarks.

  • Place the map pin precisely β€” the driver uses this to navigate, so make sure it points to the actual entrance or loading area.

  • If your building has a specific pickup bay or loading dock, mention it in the address notes.

Multiple pickup locations

If you have multiple pickup locations (e.g., a showroom and a warehouse), contact support to add additional locations to your account. When placing orders, you can select which pickup location to use.

Good to know

  • Changes to your pickup location take effect on the next scheduled pickup.

  • If you update your location after the day's pickups have been scheduled, the change will apply from the following day.

  • Pickup window: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM daily.
