Every swftbox delivery comes with built-in tracking so your customers always know where their order is. Here is how it works.
Delivery Timing
Same-Day Delivery: Delivered by end of day, provided the order meets the cut-off time for processing.
Next-Day Delivery: Delivered by end of the following business day. Timing may vary by location.
WhatsApp and SMS Notifications
Your customers receive real-time updates via WhatsApp (or SMS if WhatsApp is unavailable) at each milestone:
Order Confirmed - The order has been received and is being prepared.
Out for Delivery - The driver is on the way, with an estimated delivery window.
Delivered - Confirmation that the order is complete.
Each WhatsApp message includes a Track link to the branded tracking page.
What Does "Out for Delivery" Mean?
"Out for Delivery" means the shipment has been dispatched from the local delivery hub and is on its way. In most cases, it will arrive by the end of the day.
Branded Tracking Page
Every order has a branded tracking page at t.swftbox.com, showing your business name and logo. Your customers can see:
Live delivery status - A visual timeline showing whether the order is With Merchant, Picked Up, Delivering, or Delivered.
Estimated delivery time - A clear delivery window.
Delivery address - With the option to confirm or update directly from the page.
Map view - Showing the delivery location on a map.
COD payment - Customers can see the amount and pay online before the driver arrives.
Leave at the door - A toggle for contactless delivery.
Address Verification
swftbox may prompt customers to verify their delivery address on the tracking page, reducing failed deliveries.
Tracking from Control Room
Track every order from your Control Room dashboard at controlroom.swftbox.com. Each order shows real-time status, driver assignment, and delivery timeline. To share a tracking link, open any order and copy the tracking URL.
