1. Sign into swftbox ControlRoom.
2. To check orders you've just placed on the dashboard or that have automatically synced through integration, click on the Requested filter. This filter will show you orders that are ready for pickup and we will dispatch a driver to collect the orders at the next agreed pickup time.

3. Under the Processing filter, you'll find the below updates:
Picked up: This indicates that the order was picked up from the merchant's pickup location.
At depot: This means that The order arrived at the sorting depot.
4. Under In progress filter, you'll be able to see packages that are on the way to your customers with ETA.
5. Under the Attempted filter, you'll be able to see packages that have been attempted unsuccessfully.
NOTE: Click on the comments icon to check why these orders were failed.
