Your Control Room gives you two ways to monitor delivery performance: the Overview dashboard for real-time snapshots, and the Reports section for detailed data exports.
Accessing the Overview Dashboard
Log in to your Control Room at controlroom.swftbox.com.
Click the Overview icon in the top-left corner of the navigation bar.
What you will see
Today's summary cards — Total orders, In progress, Delivered, Failed, and Returned counts at a glance.
Delivery performance — Your delivery success rate, on-time delivery percentage, and average delivery time.
Order status breakdown — A visual chart showing how your orders are distributed across all statuses.
Recent activity feed — Real-time updates on order movements, status changes, and flagged issues.
Use the date picker in the top-right corner to filter data by specific date ranges and review historical performance.
Generating detailed reports
Click Reports in the left sidebar.
Choose the report type:
Orders report — Full delivery information for all orders within your selected date range.
Order Items report — Item-level breakdown per order, useful for fulfillment reconciliation.
Flagged Orders report — All flagged deliveries and their resolution status.
Inventory report — Current stock levels, available quantities, and warehouse data (for fulfillment customers).
Select your preferred date range.
Click Download to export as CSV.
Tips
Start your day on the Overview dashboard to see what is in the pipeline.
Monitor throughout the day for failed deliveries or flagged orders that need attention.
Review at end of day to check your delivery success rate and spot patterns.
Export weekly reports to track performance trends over time.
