You can add or remove items from a live order while it is in the In Fulfillment stage through the Flagged Orders page.
Step 1: Go to the Flagged Orders page
Click on the item count icon to view the order details.
Step 2: Edit the order
Add items using the dropdown menu from your available stock.
Remove items by clicking the delete icon next to each item.
Once done, click Save Changes.
Step 3: Clear the flag
Click on the red flag icon.
Select Add Comment, then confirm the order has been edited.
Click Confirm to clear the flag.
Good to know
The edit option is only available while the order is in the In Fulfillment stage.
Once the order status changes to Prepared, editing is no longer possible.
