How can I add or remove items from a live order?

This article will walk you through the steps to edit, add, or remove items before the order is fulfilled.

You can add or remove items from a live order while it is in the In Fulfillment stage through the Flagged Orders page.

Step 1: Go to the Flagged Orders page

  • Click on the item count icon to view the order details.

Step 2: Edit the order

  • Add items using the dropdown menu from your available stock.

  • Remove items by clicking the delete icon next to each item.

  • Once done, click Save Changes.

Step 3: Clear the flag

  • Click on the red flag icon.

  • Select Add Comment, then confirm the order has been edited.

  • Click Confirm to clear the flag.

Good to know

  • The edit option is only available while the order is in the In Fulfillment stage.

  • Once the order status changes to Prepared, editing is no longer possible.
