When can I cancel an order?

Here’s how order cancellation works depending on its stage in the delivery process.

Whether you can cancel an order depends on its current stage in the delivery process.

You can cancel if:

  • The order is still in the In Fulfillment or Pickup Requested stage (before dispatch or handover to the driver).

  • Cancel it directly from your Control Room dashboard.

You cannot cancel if:

  • The order has moved to the At Depot stage (driver assigned or parcel out for delivery).

  • In this case, the order must follow the RTO (Return-to-Origin) process.

Good to know

  • Orders cancelled before pickup are not charged a delivery fee.

  • If your order is already out for delivery, contact support to arrange the RTO.
