swftbox uses an intelligent address verification system called CityGetter to ensure deliveries reach the right location. This dramatically reduces failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
How it works
When an order is created, swftbox automatically checks the delivery address against its address database. If the address cannot be confidently located, the system reaches out to your customer to verify it.
Verification happens through two channels:
WhatsApp — Your customer receives a message asking them to confirm or update their delivery address by dropping a pin on a map.
Tracking page — On the branded tracking page (t.swftbox.com), customers see a map with their delivery location and can adjust the pin if needed.
Address verification badges
In your Control Room, each order shows an address verification badge:
Blue badge (Verified) — The address has been confirmed by the customer or matched confidently by CityGetter. These orders have the highest delivery success rate.
Yellow badge (Unverified) — The address could not be automatically verified. The customer has been prompted to confirm, but has not yet responded. These orders have a higher chance of delivery issues.
How to improve your address verification rate
Collect detailed addresses at checkout — Include building name, apartment number, and area. The more detail provided upfront, the more likely CityGetter can verify automatically.
Include a map pin — If your checkout allows customers to drop a pin, this gives swftbox the most accurate location data.
Ensure correct phone numbers — Address verification relies on WhatsApp. If the phone number is wrong, the customer cannot receive the verification prompt.
What happens with unverified addresses
If an address remains unverified by the time the driver attempts delivery:
The driver uses whatever information is available to locate the customer.
If the driver cannot find the location, the order may be flagged as Bad Address in your Control Room.
You will receive an email notification and can update the address for a redelivery attempt.
