What if I can't find my guide?

If you've arrived at the agreed meeting point on time but your guide isn't there, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact the provider of your activity directly by phone or email. You can find the contact details in your booking confirmation.

  2. If you can't reach anyone, check your booking confirmation to make sure you really are at the right place.

  3. Wait for another 10-15 minutes to see if anyone shows up.

  4. If you can't carry out your activity despite all these steps, please contact us through our chat. We will get in touch with our partner and see what happened. If it was the provider's fault, we will take care of refunding your money.
