How do I contact the provider of my activity?

After you have completed your booking, you're going to receive a booking confirmation from us. In there, you'll find the contact details of the provider who will be carrying out your activity. You can contact the responsible person at any time using this information (email or phone).

Especially if you have very short-term questions or realize that you're running late, we kindly ask you to contact the provider directly.
