At this time, students using SMS text will not be able to change their phone numbers through SMS text. Students can temporarily sign in to the TalkingPoints web or mobile app to change their phone number.

To access the web app go to: https://families.talkingpts.org/welcome

To access the TalkingPoints for Families app download:

Step 1: Select your language

Step 2: Use your phone number to log into the app

Step 3: Use the 5-digit verification code you receive to log in.

Step 4: Tap on 'Settings'

Step 5: Tap on 'Personal info'

​Step 6: Enter your new phone number

Step 7: Tap 'Save'

For Students wishing to use SMS Text: Logging out is required to receive messages via SMS text. Messages from teachers and staff will continue to go to the TalkingPoints web or mobile app only if you do not log out.
