Change a confirmed student's home language or phone number.
Home language:
Step 1: Select a Class or Group
Step 2: Search for the confirmed student
Step 3: Click on the student
Step 4: Click 'Edit'
Step 5: Change the home language
Step 6: Click 'Save'
Phone number:
Reach out to your administrator to help you change a confirmed student's phone number.
Changing a confirmed student's phone number will create a new message thread, so please download any messages before changing the phone number.
If you need any of the messages from the old phone number, please contact your administrators.
