When schools, families, and students work together greater impact can be made to improve student outcomes. Informed and engaged students gain even more agency over their education and success.
This capability will enable schools & teachers to engage directly with students 13 years old or older via TalkingPoints. Follow the steps below to enable Student Messaging for your school.
Step 1: Click on 'Settings'
Step 2: Click on 'Student messaging'
Step 3: Click 'Check compatibility'
If your data is not compatible, you will receive a screen prompting you to contact our support team. By clicking on 'contact support', you will be added to an expedited queue with our data integration team to troubleshoot your data.
Step 4: Click 'Next'
Step 5: Enable group codes (optional) and click 'Done'
Step 6: Wait for the nightly sync to bring in the student emails and identify students who are 13 years old or older. Once that is complete, click 'Next'.
