How Teachers Can View Each Other's Messages

Determine how to view a co-teahcer's messages with families!

Updated over a month ago

In a shared class, Co-teachers can view each other's message history with families. Determine how to locate a co-teacher's conversations in two ways.

To view a co-teacher's conversation with a family, the teacher must initiate a conversation with the family. Otherwise, the 'view chat as' option won't appear. Therefore, send a message to the family first and notify them that you are also using the platform. Afterward, you can view the chat from the co-teacher's view.
