Teachers can see whether a message was delivered by looking at the gray checkmarks below a message or announcement. Read receipts, distinguished by their blue checkmark color, are also available for any families using the TalkingPoints for Families app.

Step 1: Click on the checkmark area below the message or announcement.

Step 2: The 'Sent' tab indicates all the contacts the message was delivered to.

Step 3: The 'Read on app' tab indicates families using the app who have opened the message.
