How it works
Let’s take a look at how this works in practice-from the moment a ride is completed to when feedback is captured and stored

After a ride is completed, the customer receives a ride completion email
The email includes a “Rate your trip” button
Clicking the button opens a dedicated rating page
The customer can:
Give a star rating
Add optional feedback
Ratings are saved and linked to the specific trip and driver
All ratings are collected in one place, providing a clear overview of customer satisfaction and driver performance
Required
Before you can use this feature, make sure that:
You’re on a Pro or Full plan
Customer contact details are included in bookings
Rides are marked as completed by a driver or operator
The default job completion email is enabled in Settings > Workflows, or a custom Workflow is set up to send rating requests
