An overview of all customer ratings you've received for your jobs. Customers can review your service and drivers through a link in the emails that get sent to this section. This gives you a complete picture of your service quality and customer satisfaction.

Access this section by clicking on the Heart Icon from the left sidebar


Ratings feature is only available on Pro and full Plans


After a ride is marked as completed—either by the driver in the YourDriverApp or by an operator in the Dispatch Panel—the customer automatically receives an email titled “Help us improve by rating your trip.”

This email includes a “Rate your trip” section with star ratings, When the customer clicks on “Rate your trip”, they are redirected to a rating page (web link), allowing the passenger to quickly provide feedback on their experience.

On this page, the customer can:

  • View Trip details (reference, pick-up, drop-off, time, passengers, pricing, and product)

  • See a map view of the journey route

  • View Driver details

  • Provide a star rating for the trip

  • Add an optional comment/note about their experience

  • Submit the rating using the Save button

  • Access options like Download receipt or Rebook with us

This page provides a complete overview of the trip while allowing the customer to give detailed feedback. This helps the customer review their trip before submitting a rating.


Ratings Overview

All submitted ratings are available in the Ratings section of the portal, providing an overview of customer feedback for completed rides.

Key information displayed:

  • Reference → Unique booking ID associated with the ride

  • Created → Date and time when the rating was submitted

  • Driver → Driver assigned to the job

  • Score → Star rating given by the customer

  • Comment → Feedback provided by the customer

  • Status → Indicates the job status (e.g., Completed)

  • Rated By → Identifies who submitted the rating (e.g., Passenger)

Additional Actions (⋮ menu):

  • View job details → Opens the full booking details

  • Delete → Removes the rating from the system

This section helps administrators track customer satisfaction, evaluate driver performance, and gain insights to improve service quality.
