From the moment a booking is created, the system automatically sends a confirmation email with all the essential trip details and access to live updates.
A booking is created via the Web Booker or Dispatch Panel
The system automatically sends a booking confirmation email
The email includes:
Pickup and drop-off details
Date and time
Passenger and pricing information
Assigned product/vehicle
A “More information” button is included in the email
When clicked, it opens a dedicated booking details page
On this page, customers can:
View full trip details and route map
See driver status and trip updates
Access their personal booking information
Rebook or cancel
Customers always have access to the latest booking status and updates
Required
Before you can use this feature, make sure that:
Bookings are created via the Web Booker or Dispatch Panel
A customer email address is included in the booking
Default booking confirmation emails are enabled (available on all plans, including Free)
You are on an Essential, Pro, or Full plan if you want to:
Customize email content
Create advanced workflows and automated messages
