How it works
When a customer creates a booking, the system automatically sends a notification to operators with all relevant trip details.
Operators receive an email notification instantly after booking creation
The notification includes:
Booking reference
Pickup and drop-off locations
Date and time of the trip
Passenger details
Selected vehicle type
Pricing and payment method
Contact details (phone and email)
A “Review job details” link is included:
Opens the booking directly in the portal
Allows quick review, editing, or assignment
Notifications are sent to users assigned as admins or operators in the system
This ensures your team can take immediate action—confirm, assign, or manage the booking

Before you can use this feature, make sure that:
You are on an Essential, Pro, or Full plan
Operators/admins are added in the Members section
Valid email addresses are assigned to operators
Booking flow (Web Booker or Dispatch Panel) is active
