When a customer creates a booking, the system automatically sends a notification to operators with all relevant trip details.

  • Operators receive an email notification instantly after booking creation

  • The notification includes:

    • Booking reference

    • Pickup and drop-off locations

    • Date and time of the trip

    • Passenger details

    • Selected vehicle type

    • Pricing and payment method

    • Contact details (phone and email)

  • A “Review job details” link is included:

    • Opens the booking directly in the portal

    • Allows quick review, editing, or assignment

  • Notifications are sent to users assigned as admins or operators in the system

  • This ensures your team can take immediate action—confirm, assign, or manage the booking


Required

Before you can use this feature, make sure that:

  • You are on an Essential, Pro, or Full plan

  • Operators/admins are added in the Members section

  • Valid email addresses are assigned to operators

  • Booking flow (Web Booker or Dispatch Panel) is active
